SCORM packages |
 |
SCORM (Sharable Content Object Reference Model) is a collection of standards and specifications for web-based e-learning.
yTeach allows you to create a SCORM package using any available resource. These packages can be easily imported into any SCORM compliant VLE.
In order to produce a SCORM package, simply click the 'Export to SCORM' option on the resource details screen (Actions frame). A zip file constituting the SCORM package will be downloaded into your downloads folder.
SCORM packages can also be created from the sets of resources gathered in 'My Playlists', 'My class assignments' and 'My bookmarks' sections.
SCORM package creation is only allowed for resources you have purchased. Licence limitations restrict the time in which the package can be used.
Three easy steps to register resources from yTeach within your VLE:
1. Choose a resource, create a playlist or an class assignment that you want to use. 2. Export the resources and save a SCORM package on your local machine. 3. Import the package to your VLE.
